wanna share few tips on writing readable email.

1)
specify your intention in first line.

2)
group your message points into paragraphs.
have max. 5 points per email.
list actions you want the recipients to do at the end of each paragraph.

3)
use double line feed to separate points.

4)
one sentence per line.

this line is a bad example. it has multiple sentences in one line. don't do this, okay ? it is NOT quite readable. and recipients may open this mail in different browser width.

5)
if you want to highlight a portion of words, BOLD them. usually we highlight date and $payment amount in BOLD and underline
